A feature called TGR (True Golf Range) uses sophisticated algorithmic software that uses temperature, altitude and yardage to calculate the distance a shot will play. The Club Selector feature uses information about your hitting distances to help you with club selection. Since you’re breaking the rules anyway, why not get the extra features Leupold provides.

I own theGX-3 tournament model and wondering can I turn it into the slope version by purchasing the yellow gadget?
Hi Leonard. Sorry to say that you cannot put a faceplate on the GX-3 to convert it to a slope model. The good news is that there are several models that are less expensive that have Slope that can be turned on and off. Check out the current list of slope models. Most can be made legal for tournament play.
