Nikon / Callaway Rangefinders

The Nikon / Callaway Rangefinders continue to be a strong presence in the laser golf rangefinder market. One reason is that they keep repackaging their top-selling model each year and it keeps performing very well.

The latest version is the Callaway XHot Rangefinder. It’s essentially the same as the Diablo Octane and the LR550. The color scheme has changed, but all the specs that matter, are the same. Find which one of these models has the lowest price of the moment and you’ve most likely found the best value in a 6x rangefinder. The ratings for all three of these models are outstanding.

The Callaway Razr is also worth considering if you want something even smaller, faster and more precise. It’s 10% smaller than the other models we mention and it should acquire the target even more quickly. It gives distance in 1/10 of a yard increments, where the others only give 1/2 yard increments.
